What Street Estate does not take on
We decline instructions for residential lettings and short-stay accommodation, since our buildings are held exclusively for commercial occupiers.
Freehold sales fall outside our remit entirely, and any enquiry involving a purchase rather than a lease is passed to a commercial agent.
Because every suite we offer is managed directly, we do not sublet raw shell space or hand over an empty floor for a tenant to fit out at their own risk.
Enquiries for terms shorter than a month cannot be accepted, as our agreements and on-site services are structured around longer occupations.
